The role of the national economy of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs is important in the environment of rapid com petition and global competition. In this study, technology innovation a bility and degree of its influence are measured by quintile as a key factor determining the size of Korean small and medium start-up companies. We apply the method of the quintile regression method as a method to overcome the theoretical limit of the existing research method which is focused on the application of the general regression an alysis method. Next, as shown in the data to be empirically analyzed, the problem is explained in the traditional regression methods in the cross-analysis environment between the quintile of the response varia bles, and the alternative quintile regression method which improves the problem is applied.
